Open Source

Tools we built to solve our own problems, then put back in the open. All of these came out of production scraping and antibot work — decoding what the vendors actually send, getting past the ones that gate hard, and pushing throughput far past what Python is supposed to do.

abd-internal Private · invite-only

Our antibot decoder. Give it a capture and it tells you which vendor is guarding the page and what the payload actually says — it makes it unbelievably easy to understand what is going on in any given site.

It covers a wide range of anti-bots. Only the DataDome decoder came from elsewhere (ported from @golang’s work); the rest we figured out in-house.

No public repo yet. Comment your use case on the post below and you get added. Contributors can just DM on Discord — and defenders on the other side of this are more than welcome.

geeTestSolver Go · Public

A GeeTest slide solver that lands around 90% accuracy. Runs as a server: hand it the background image and the puzzle image and it returns the destination coordinates.

The one thing it will not do for you is the per-site offset — that differs between sites — but the puzzle piece’s destination is right almost every time. Base code came from @AL; the human mouse-movement layer is built on Vinyzu’s cursory work.

requestSpeedTest Python · Public

~20,000 requests per second from a single machine — north of a billion requests a day. Async Python on top of rnet, a Rust networking core, with the OS tuned to match.

The proof of concept behind the write-up on this site, including the test setup and the numbers.

Everything here started as client work. If you need this kind of thing built for your own stack, get in touch.
